Hugely honoured and excited to be selected to race in this beautiful wilderness. Also hoping to use this opportunity to raise some money on behalf of my travel buddy Marc’s daughter Jasmin, who has a rare form of childhood cancer.
Discovered the race 10 years ago and it’s been on my bucket list ever since. This will be a very different type of challenge for me and I’ve just started learning how to canoe! Enjoying the prep already and can’t wait for the race.
