“The bold don’t live forever, but the timid don’t live at all. We suffer more in our imagination than in reality.”
Each new challenge I enter I know will require a huge amount of dedication, hard work and mental fortitude to complete. This will be my hardest one to date by far and something out of my comfort zone. I can’t wait to put in the hours to push myself and maximise what will be a truly unique experience. I have never done anything quite like this before, it is pretty new to me and I cherish the idea of going into a new challenge knowing that it will take a lot of work to complete.
Only when we break through one level do we get to the next. I am doing Yukon 1000 to test myself physically and mentally.

CALM:
One in five of us will have suicidal thoughts in our life. CALM’s vision is that no one feels like suicide is their only option. But right now, too many people are struggling to see a way forward. Every day in the UK we lose 18 people to suicide. This isn’t just a stat on a page. These are our mums and dads, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partners, and friends. That’s why we’re here to help anyone struggling with life – and provide everyone with the skills to help prevent suicide.
